These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gd345 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gd345 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, payment services, promotions, and all related services (collectively, "the Services"). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by gd345 may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending balances pending investigation.

To access the Services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration details to keep them accurate and complete at all times. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. The following conditions apply to your account:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party.

gd345 supports instant deposits and withdrawals through the following primary payment channels available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also accepted. The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits published in the payments section of the platform at the time of the transaction.

gd345 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer at the time it is claimed. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by gd345:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on each individual promotion page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gd345 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

Any unauthorised use of platform content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gd345 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service, even if gd345 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gd345 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the Services. gd345 will make reasonable efforts to restore Services promptly and will communicate material outages to users where practicable.

gd345 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gd345 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, gd345 may also provide notice through the platform interface or via the email address registered to your account.

Your continued use of gd345 following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
